Our Process
There are no upfront costs. We offer consultation so you can let us know what you are interested in. We also offer travel support and in-country navigation; home/apartment showings; and connections with realtors, a legal team, tax advisors, and government entities (if needed for citizenship, schools, doctors, etc.).
Fee Schedule
Legal Services: 3% (negotiable depending on price of property)
Realtor Services: 3% (of housing price)
ReloUY Consulting Services: 3% (of housing price)
Note: If you decide to travel with us, we’ll ask for a retainer of $1,500.00 that will be deducted off the cost of relocation should you choose to purchase a property in Uruguay with our team.
